Create Plant Query

Creates a query or filter for the kind of plants you will be pulling from the database. 

INPUTS

  • fields : Names of data fields to use for search criteria. examples: Soil Moisture, Distribution USA, etc

  • values : Values to use as criteria. examples: Moist, PA, etc

  • includes : Whether to include or exclude plants that have the search values

OUTPUTS

  • <Q> : Plant Query Instance to feed into create_plant_from_csv_data
