Rhinoceros 3D by McNeel and Associates, is an incredibly popular 3D modeling and CAD software that is used by design professionals globally. Rhino (as it is most often called) is an incredibly facile program with powerful plugins and a rich ecosystem of third-party developers and tools. It has many import and export options which make it an incredible hub in addition to being an incredible design tool. Probably the most compelling advantage that Rhino has is Grasshopper, a visual scripting environment that makes algorithmic workflows and automations orders of magnitude easier. Land Kit makes landscape operations that much easier in Grasshopper.
