create_environment

Creates an environment instance that can be used as a container for different layers of analysis.

INPUTS

  • boundaries : Boundaries where environmental analysis occurs. Simplest approach is to provide a big rectangle.

  • cell_size : Size of environment cells. Default = 5

  • topo : topo mesh

OUTPUTS

  • <E> : plant kit environment definition
