Adds a layer that tallies occurrences of geometry density
INPUTS
<E> : Environment Instance
name : A name you want to give this layer. Default = occurrences
geometry : Geometry to test. Curve vertices only for now.
OUTPUTS
<E> : Environment Instance with relative wetness layer added
