Add Values Layer
Adds a layer with a list of values to the environment. Must be the same quantity as get environment layer output.
INPUTS
<E> : Environment Instance
values : Values representing a custom set of data.
layer : Name of new layer. Pick a specific name! Default = values
OUTPUTS
<E> : Environment Instance with values layer added
