Adds catchment analysis layer to the environment
INPUTS

basins : Basin boundaries to define and collect catchment destinations.
pipes : Curves to define conveyances between any point in one catchment to another.
OUTPUTS
<E> : Environment Instance with catchment layer added
curves : cell-based flow curves
colors : colors for each flow curve based on length
indices : indices for each catchment
areas : areas for each catchment
high pts : areas for each catchment
low pts : areas for each catchment
