Create Environment

Creates an environment instance that can be used as a container for different layers of analysis. 

INPUTS

  • boundaries : Boundaries where environmental analysis occurs.

  • cell size : Size of environment cells. Default >> 5.0ft

  • topo : topo mesh

OUTPUTS

  • <E> : environment definition
