Draw Area Pattern

Draw the patterns in areas according to pattern, colors, and color rules.

INPUTS

  • <A> : Area to draw

  • colors : list of colors and/or color mixes to use. Default = 2 Grays

  • positions : optional parameters indicating location of each color on gradient. Default: range from number of input colors

  • type : type of geometry to draw - curve-0, surface-1, extruded-2 - surfaces and extrusions are SLOW. Default = 0

  • thickness : thickness of pavers if extruding. Default >> 0.25ft

OUTPUTS

  • pavers : Pavers drawn as type chosen

  • colors : colors corresponding with the pavers

  • mix index : index of each color input whether color mix or single color

  • color index : index of each color, regardless of mix index
