INPUTS
<E> : Environment to evaluate. Environment must have at least one analysis layer
pt : Point or points at which to evaluate the environment
layer_filter : Layers to evaluate. If none provided, will evaluate all layers
OUTPUTS
layers : Layers evaluated
values : Values found on each layer at location specified
printed : Summary of all layers and values for each point
