INPUTS
<E> : Environment with catchments, HSG, ground cover, soil condition
csv path : Path to write cn information as csv file
OUTPUTS
E : Environment with new CN information
water area id : ids for areas with particular attributes
area : Amount of area for each area id
types : Simplified list of area types
catchment id : Name or id of each catchment included for average CN calculation
Average CNs : Average CN for each catchment id
