Remove Overlaps
Removes overlapping plants based on a max overlap value.
INPUTS
<A> : Planting Area whose plants may be overlapping more than you want. Removes the smaller plant or flips a coin.
max overlap : Max overlap of any two plants. Default >> 0.5ft
mode : Which radius to use for calculating overlap. 0 = radius_current. 1 = radius_max. Default = 0
OUTPUTS
<A> : Area whose overlaps have been removed
culled : Plants that have been removed.
