Adds constraints from a niche into a plant's niche
INPUTS
<P> : Plant list to modify
plant names : Names of plants whose niche should be merged to or overwritten.
<N> : Niches to merge into the plant list
overwrite : If overwrite is True, input niches will replace niche, otherwise, merge. Default = False
OUTPUTS
<P> : Plants whose niches have been added to or replaced
message : Info regarding what we were able to change.
